The location was good with easy access to many tourist attractions. the hotel offered a shuttle service from the airport which was a nice touch. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from.
Our Christmas stay was not a pleasant one. the room was not properly cleaned and had an unpleasant odor.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and welcoming during my recent stay. They were happy to help with whatever I needed and made my business trip easier. The location of the hotel is great, you can easily walk to many of the city's main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options to choose from.
The room I stayed in was not as nice as it looked in the photos. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked and there was no heat, which made it quite cold at night. Also, the Wi-Fi was not very reliable and kept cutting out during my stay.

Staff were great, organised transport. Clean room, perfect location. Good value stay, friendly staff. Modern room, nice breakfast. Good location to explore, clean rooms. Hot shower with great pressure. Friendly staff who speak English. Able to hold our bags.

Location near the main square was perfect for exploring this city's historical downtown. Cleanliness and great water pressure in the shower made our stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and able to answer our questions in English. We appreciated the hotel's ability to store our bags while we did our Machu Picchu hike.

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the city. the hotel is situated near the city center and the historical downtown. Guests can easily explore the old town and the nearby attractions. the breakfast is worth mentioning as it is tasty, and the staff prepares fresh eggs. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the facilities in the room were adequate to ensure a pleasant stay.
There was some noise disturbance from the construction work nearby, which could be bothersome for some guests.
